Getting started
Create your free account and find your first space-enabled solution in about ten minutes.
Spacegraph helps you find space-enabled solutions: products and services that turn satellite data into something useful on the ground, like crop monitoring, flood-risk maps, or asset tracking. This guide takes you from a fresh account to your first shortlist.
Create your free account
You can see a small preview of the Marketplace without signing in, but the useful parts need a free account: full search and filters, the AI Compass, saving solutions, and the market intelligence.
- 1
Sign up
Go to sign up and create an account with your email, or continue with Google, Apple, LinkedIn, or Microsoft. Passkeys are supported too. It takes about a minute.
- 2
Tell us about your focus
A short onboarding asks for your sector and what you're trying to achieve. This makes search results and AI Compass answers more relevant. You can change it any time in settings.
- 3
Start exploring
That's it. Browse the Marketplace or ask the AI Compass your first question.
The fastest way to see the value: ask the AI Compass one concrete question about a real problem you're working on, like "how could satellite data help us monitor coastal erosion?"
Ask the AI Compass
The AI Compass is the assistant at the centre of Spacegraph. Describe your problem in plain language and it searches the catalogue and our knowledge base for options that fit. Answers carry numbered citations and show the mentioned solutions as cards underneath, so you can open and check everything yourself.
Explore the Marketplace
Prefer browsing? The Marketplace is a structured catalogue of space-enabled solutions. Search for what you're trying to do, then narrow the results with the filter sidebar: industry, use case, space enabler, product type, and price range.
Use Spacegraph in your language
The interface and most content are available in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. Switch any time with the language menu in the header; the AI Compass understands and answers in all five.
Give feedback
Spacegraph is built in close contact with its users, and feedback goes straight to the team. There are two ways in, and both open the same short form. The floating Feedback button sits in the bottom right corner of every page. In the AI Compass, there's also a speakerphone button right next to the chat input, handy when an answer misses the mark and you want to say so on the spot.
The form takes a minute: describe what happened or what you'd expect, and optionally add a screenshot. You can mark up the screenshot before sending, highlight the part that matters or hide anything sensitive. Name and email are optional; leave them in if you'd like a reply.
